16th INTERNATIONAL TRT DOCUMENTARY AWARDS

The awards are presented in National and International categories as outlined below:

8.1.1. National Category

a) National Student Films Category:

• Best Documentary Film Award: 125,000 TL (One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Turkish Lira)

• Second Prize: 100,000 TL (One Hundred Thousand Turkish Lira)

• Third Prize: 75,000 TL (Seventy-Five Thousand Turkish Lira)

b) National Professional Category:

• Best Documentary Film Award: 250,000 TL (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Turkish Lira)

• Second Prize: 175,000 TL (One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Turkish Lira)

• Third Prize: 125,000 TL (One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Turkish Lira)

8.1.2. International Category

• Best Documentary Film Award: 8,000 € (Eight Thousand Euros)

• Second Prize: 6,000 € (Six Thousand Euros)

• Third Prize: 4,000 € (Four Thousand Euros)

8.1.3. Project Support Category

If deemed worthy by the Jury, three projects will be selected. The award amount is 100,000 TL (One Hundred Thousand Turkish Lira) per project. The award will be paid by TRT following the deduction of statutory taxes and charges.
